Saskatchewan health reported 98 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon bringing the seven day average of new cases to 78. They also reported one death in the North West zone.  Of the new cases 25 were in Regina, 19 in North Central and 12 in Saskatoon with single digits in other zones with none in Far North East.  Of the total 48,327 reported cases 763 are considered active, 47,002 people have recovered and 81 are in hospital with ten in intensive care.  There are 15 active cases in Far North East.

As of Thursday 11,904 variants of concern cases have been identified in the province.
