Saskatchewan New Case Numbers Continue to be Low.

Saskatchewan health reported 55 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon bringing the seven day average of new cases to 76 the lowest average since November 4th.  They reported one new death in the Saskatoon zone. Of the new cases Saskatoon had 30, Regina 21and North West 10 with single digits in other zones with one in Far North East.  Of the total 47,996 reported cases 774 are considered active, 46,666 people have recovered and 95 are in hospital with 19 in intensive care. There are 21 active cases in Far North East. As of Sunday 11,726 variants of concern cases have been identified with 79 found in Far North East.  They also note more than 903 thousand doses of vaccine have been administered in the province.
