Vaccine Numbers Near 700 Thousand in Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan health reported 122 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon bringing the seven day average of new cases to 129.  They also reported two new deaths with one each in Saskatoon and North West zones.  Of the new cases 38 were in Saskatoon and 21 in Regina with lower numbers in other zones with zero in Far North East.  Of the 46,285 reported cases 1371 are considered active, 44,378 people have recovered and 113 are in hospital with 26 in intensive care.  There are 29 active cases in Far North East.  10,399 variants of concern have now been identified in the province with the Far North East having reported 37.

             

Just under 694 thousand doses of vaccine have been administered with 64 percent of adults having received their first dose.
