Premier Brian Pallister is telling Manitobans we have control over what is happening with the high COVID-19 numbers in our province.  He points out we can control following the public health orders and when we do that we get out lives back, we can control getting the first vaccine and when we do that the sooner we get our lives back and we can control getting the second vaccine and when we do that the sooner we get our lives back.

Pallister says next week they will be announcing a vaccine incentive program to encourage everyone to get both the first and second vaccination noting most but not all patients in hospital and ICU have not been vaccinated.
