Foran Mining has announced its 30 thousand meter winter drill program at its McIlvenna Bay deposit 65 kilometers west of Flin Flon continues to deliver stellar results.  They report the last five holes which are comprised of infill drilling and the first step out holes support the potential to increase the projected mine life of the deposit. One hole returned solid grades and significant thickness in the high grade massive sulphide and the deeper adjacent copper stockwork zone reinforcing the deposits strong geological credentials. Two infill holes intersected the zone with 17.77 meters and 7.50 meter thick intersections. A fourth drill rig has been brought to site to back their positive results.

Their Executive Chair Dan Myerson notes they have already achieved such value accretive results beyond their expectations from infill drilling they are delighted to kick off the resource expansion of their program with further positive results.  They remain focused on continuing to demonstrate the exceptional quality of many other assets within their portfolio and the additional drill on site supports this goal.
