The Vaccination Age Is Down Once Again in Saskatchewan.

Eligibility in the Saskatchewan age based immunization program has expanded to include those 29 years and older.  The province is also setting May 30th as the target date for the first step of its COVID-19 Re-opening Road Map because so many people are getting vaccinated and residents are following health orders.  On that date restaurants and bars will open to a maximum of six to a table, places of worship will have 30 percent capacity or a maximum of 150 people and gathering limits will rise to 10 in a household bubble, indoor gatherings to 30 and public outdoor gatherings to 150.

Saskatchewan public health reported 446 new COVID-19 cases over the weekend and no additional deaths.  Of the new cases 113 were in Saskatoon and 93 in Regina with lower numbers in other zones. As of Saturday 8258 variants of concern cases have been identified.
