The Blueberry Jam Music Gathering Committee reports despite the slow pace of vaccine delivery and the
concern about Covid variants they are optimistic there will be enough progress to allow Blueberry Jam concerts by
staying modest and spreading the music out to locations other than the campground stage. They note ensuring the
safety of our community will be done by following the guidance on outdoor gatherings just over three months from now. They
are staying with the basics of a music gathering and are not planning for a beer garden, food concessions, merchandise, or
portapotties. They are still looking at August 5th to 9th for hour-long concerts with reserved seating in small groups at
locations around Flin Flon where the required spacing is possible. By July 1st they expect the situation will be clear enough
to announce details. They add while we wait for August, the Blueberry Jam production team will work creatively with their
technical artists and performers to keep the spirit of Blueberry Jam alive through both pre-recorded events and live-
streamed events on their Facebook group.
