Foran Mining Corporation has announced further high grade results from two additional holes drilled as part of its 30 thousand meter diamond drilling campaign at McIlvenna Bay west of Flin Flon.  They report encountering over 16 meters of continuous high grade mineralization in each hole.

Executive Chair Dan Myerson comments their largest drill program to date at McIlvenna Bay continues to deliver far beyond their expectations as high grades and continuous mineralization are core characteristics of a world class asset and they are delighted to report both.  He adds continuous intercepts over ten meters continue to provide them with more flexibility and the potential to mine more efficiently reducing operating costs through economics of scale. 

The winter drill program has been underway since mid January and drilling continues with three drills.  They anticipate the infill drill program will continue until May when the focus of the program will shift to expansion of the deposit with step-out holes designed to expand the resources.
