The Northern Mining Academy is offering a Food Safe course. The Academy’s Craig Cowper says the course will be offered Tuesday March 30th starting at 8:30. He explains it’s called Food Safe Level One and is a food handling, sanitation, worker safety course designed for the food service industry so that’s people that are perhaps dish washers, cooks, servers that’s applicable for them and the certificate is valid for five years.
