The Saskatchewan Vaccine Booking System Will Open to Seniors 85 and Over.

Saskatchewan Health Authority CEO Scott Livingston has announced residents 85 and over from across the province canbook their COVID-19 vaccine appointments online or over the phone starting tomorrow.  He say if you are in that group or if you are acting on behalf of somebody in that age group like a parent or grandparent go online or call to book an appointment.  He adds they’ll be opening the booking system to more people in the days ahead by descending in age order.

             

The online booking system can be found by going to their website www.saskatchewan.ca/covid19-vaccine or call 1-833-SASK-VAX which is 1-833-727-5829 and have a valid health card ready. Those not eligible should not try to book until your age group qualifies.

             

Saskatchewan health reported this afternoon 111 new cases of COVID-19 bringing the seven day daily average of new cases to 139.  They also reported one death in the Regina zone. Of the new cases 41 are in Regina and 26 in Saskatoon with lower numbers in other zones including one in Far North East. 26 new cases of a variant have been found in the Regina zone.
