Its Time for Candidates to Step Forward For a Flin Flon City Council By-election.

Nominations are now open for a by-election to fill two vacancies on Flin Flon City Council for the period of May 2021 to October 2022.  The seats were vacated by the late Colleen McKee and Barry Kreller who is returning to British Columbia.

             

Nominations will be accepted until April 6th at City Hall between the hours of 12 and 4 pm.  All nominations will be made in writing and signed by at least 25 of the voters of the authority.  You obtain nomination papers by contacting the Senior Election Official Katy Anderson by calling 204-687-3935 or City Chief Administrative Officer Glenna Daschuk at City Hall or call her at 204-687-7503.

             

Voters who wish to vote by mail can apply in writing to the Senior Election Official care of City Hall and names of voters can be added or deleted or changes made to the voters list March 19th from 12 to 4 at City Hall with photo ID or two pieces of identification listing your address. The date of the by-election will be set once nominations are received.
