Flin Flon School Division reported as of last Thursdays virtual town hall regarding proposed changes affecting K to 8 students they had over one hundred participants and were hoping to have just as many this past Tuesday. The Division says they are there to listen to public concerns at all times keeping in mind that students needs are the number one priority. A decision has not yet been made as the gathering of information continues to be looked at. An early March decision could be announced but the date is not set in stone as it will be related to the upcoming public budget meeting. That meeting takes place virtually March 4th at 6:30. The Board would like to thank everyone who participated in the town halls and filled out the surveys found of the Division website www.ffsd.ca.
