Current Public Health Orders in Saskatchewan Have Been Extended.

Saskatchewan health reported 136 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon bringing the seven day average of daily new cases to 167. They also reported three additional deaths with two in the Far North West and one in the North West zone.  Premier Scott Moe announced they are extending current public health orders for another four weeks until at least March 19th. That includes no guests over to your household, outdoor gatherings limited to ten people with physical distancing, all places of worship reduced to 30 people and retail services at 50 percent capacity.

             

Of the new cases from Monday and Tuesday 69 were in Saskatoon, 62 in Regina and 44 in North West with lower numbers in other regions.  Of the total 26,829 cases 1611 are considered active and 24,861 individuals have recovered with 184 in hospital with 20 in intensive care.
