Manitoba Acting Deputy Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Jazz Atwall says you have to follow public health orders even though it is Super Bowl weekend.  He explains indoor group gatherings remain at two designated people you have chosen to come to your home, no new people should enter your home to watch the game. If you’re planning an outdoor gathering remember it’s only five people from outside your household and it’s going to be a cold weekend so think about that.  He also reminds you the fundamentals apply to those outdoor gatherings as well so wear a mask, physical distance, wash your hands and cover your cough and even having your two designated people over to your home try to physical distance if it is possible to do that.

Atwall adds most importantly don’t attend indoors or outdoors if you are sick.
