You Can Provide Input on the Next Manitoba Budget.

The provincial government is inviting Manitobans to participate in virtual and telephone engagement sessions and an online survey to help shape Budget 2021. Due to COVID-19 public health orders that restrict gathering sizes Finance Minister Scott Fielding will host four telephone town halls and four virtual engagement sessions in late January and early February and invites submissions online and written feedback.

The telephone town hall for the north will be held this Thursday evening at 6:30 and the virtual meeting Wednesday February 3rd at 7:30 pm.  The government has also launched an online budget survey through EngageMB and invites Manitobans to complete the survey and register for the virtual meetings and telephone town halls at engagemb.ca/budget-2021.  You can also email comments and ideas to budget2021@gov.mb.ca or mail written submissions to Manitoba Finance c/o Budget Consultations, 103-450 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB  R3C 0V8.  You can find those addresses in this story at www.flinflononline.com.
