In recent public health orders lottery products have been deemed a non-essential product.  As a result Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries and Western Canada Lottery Corporation have suspended lottery terminals in the province from being able to sell or validate lottery tickets.  They do note the public health order provides an exception for retail businesses in northern Manitoba other than those in Flin Flon, The Pas and Thompson. 

You will still be able to participate in certain draw games through non-retail channels using WCLC’s subscription service and Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries PlayNow.com. Larger prizes from previously purchased tickets can be claimed by mail while smaller winning tickets should be saved until retail service returns.
