The Flin Flon Chamber Of Commerce Radio Auction took place this past Saturday on 102.9 CFAR and was once again a big success.

The auction took place for 4 hours and raised a total of $7,000.00 with the proceeds  going  towards different initiatives and projects in the community.

This is the Chamber’s biggest fundraiser of the year and Michelle Reid one of the organizers says they have a lot of people to thank including the volunteers, businesses that were very generous with their donations, the City of Flin Flon for letting them use council chambers and everyone that made a bid.

They also want to thank CFAR for broadcasting the event and handing out the items.
