Another Death Related to COVID-19 has Been Reported in Manitoba While Saskatchewan Numbers Still Remain Low.

Manitoba Public Health reported a 21st death related to COVID-19 this afternoon.  It’s a man in his 70s in the Winnipeg Health Region and a previously announced case connected to Parkview Place.

             

They also reported 43 new cases of COVID-19 bringing the total number of cases in Manitoba to 2072.  29 of the new cases are in the Winnipeg Health Region, seven in the Prairie Mountain Health Region, six in the Interlake Eastern Health Region and one in Southern Health.

Saskatchewan Health reported 13 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon. Six of the cases are in Saskatoon, four in Central East and one each in North Central, North East and South Central zones. Of the total 1940 cases reported 147 are active, 1769 people have recovered and six are in hospital with no one in intensive care.
