Active Cases of COVID-19 in Manitoba Have Dropped Just Below Six Hundred Compared to 139 in Saskatchewan.

Manitoba Public Health reported 40 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon.  31 of the cases are in the Winnipeg Health Region, four in Southern Health, two each in the Prairie Mountain and Interlake Eastern Health Regions and one in the eastern side of the Northern Health Region.  This brings the provincial total to 1993 with 599 cases active, 1374 individuals have recovered and 13 are in hospital with seven in intensive care.

             

Saskatchewan Health reported 14 new cases this afternoon. The new cases include eight in Saskatoon, two each in Central East and Regina zones and one each in the North East and Central West zones. Of the total 1913 reported cases 139 are considered active, 1750 people have recovered and nine are in hospital with one in intensive care in the North Central zone.
