Active Cases of COVID-19 Remain Over Six Hundred in Manitoba While Saskatchewan Reports Fewer New Cases.

Manitoba Public Health reported this afternoon 34 new cases of COVID-19 in the province.  26 of the cases are in the Winnipeg Health Region, five in Southern Health, two in Prairie Mountain Health Region and one on the eastern side of the Northern Health Region. That brings the total reported cases to 1953 with 606 active cases, 1327 individuals have recovered and 14 are in hospital with eight in intensive care.  Public Health Officials have declared the outbreaks over at the Assiniboine Centre at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.

             

Saskatchewan reported this afternoon seven new cases of COVID-19 with six in Regina zone and one in the Central East zone. The total reported cases stands at 1899 with 138 active, 1737 people have recovered and eight are in hospital.
