There was One New Case of COVID-19 in Manitoba and Five in Saskatchewan over the weekend.

Manitoba public health officials reported no new cases of COVID-19 Saturday and one Sunday.  The total number of confirmed cases is now 295, no individuals are in hospital or intensive care, there are 10 active cases, 278 individuals have recovered and deaths remain at 7.

             

Monday Manitoba enters phase two of the Restoring Safe Services plan.  Information including workplace guidance for businesses can be found at www.manitoba.ca/restoringsafeservices.

 

             

Saskatchewan reported 4 new cases of COVID-19 Saturday with three in the Far North and one Sunday bringing their total to 646.  A resident in the North Region in their 70s who tested positive for COVID-19 has died bringing that total to 11.  The number of active cases is 53 the lowest since March 22nd ,two more people have recovered bringing the provincial total to 582 and four people are in hospital with one in intensive care.
