No New Cases of COVID-19 Continue to be Reported in Manitoba With Two Reported in Saskatchewan.

Manitoba Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Brent Roussin announced the latest COVID-19 numbers this afternoon.  He noted there are no new cases to report, the total number of cases remains at 292, 268 individuals are listed as recovered and there are 17 active cases.

             

Roussin adds the numbers continue to look favorable but as we continue to return to a new normal we must continue to practice physical distancing and stay home when ill.

 

 

             

Saskatchewan reports two new confirmed cases bringing the provincial total to 634 with one of the new cases in the Far North.  81 cases are considered active, eight more people have recovered bringing that total to 546, there are currently six people in hospital with four in intensive care.  Saskatchewan people returning to work can now be tested if they choose.
