New COVID-19 Case Numbers Continue to be Low in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Manitoba Public Health Officials reported no new cases of COVID-19 on both Saturday and Sunday.  The total number of cases reported in the province remains at 292, 17 cases are considered active, 268 individuals have recovered, the number of deaths remains at seven and no individuals are in hospital or intensive care.  Information and online screening are available at www.manitoba.ca/covid19.

 

             

Saskatchewan reported three new confirmed cases on Saturday and two on Sunday bringing the provincial total to 632 with three of the new cases in the Far North bringing the regions total to 251.  Of the 632 cases 87 are considered active, 17 more people have recovered bringing the provincial total to 538, five people are in hospital with three in intensive care and seven deaths related to COVID-19 have been reported to date.  Information and online self assessment are available at www.saskatchewan.ca/covid19.
