The Manitoba Government is Looking for Input on a Draft Reopening Plan.

           

Premier Brian Pallister reports the government is examining additional plans to gradually continue to safely restore services and open additional businesses while ensuring physical distancing measures remain in place.  He says to ensure students are equipped to transition to the new school year additional teaching days are being examined including starting schools on August 31st.  Pallister outlined other ideas being examined including expanding religious or other organization outdoor services, expanding child care centre capacity and day camps, re-opening community centres, resuming organized activities and team sports, re-opening indoor services at restaurants, re-opening swimming pools, spas, fitness clubs and gyms and expanding personal services.
