The Canadian Government has announced a new Regional Relief and Recovery Fund to be delivered by regional development agencies.  It is designed to help more businesses and organizations including the tourism industry that are key to the regions and local economies working with just over 304 million dollars for the western region.  Locally Community Futures Greenstone Manager Becky Cianflone explains the triple RF funding is intended for businesses that weren’t able to access CEBA or BCAP programs so some of those businesses that have fallen through the cracks in some of the other federal support programs that exist and there will be an online application portal available and you’ll be able to find a link to that on their website www.cfmanitoba.ca/greenstone.
