Constable Darek Eberts is organizing an event for this afternoon for Emergency Services and First Responders to acknowledge hospital staff.  He explains Flin Flon, Creighton and Cranberry Portage RCMP, Flin Flon and Creighton Fire Departments and Flin Flon and Area EMS are joining together to show appreciation to medical personnel and staff of the Flin Flon General Hospital.  He says they as First Responders felt that it was important to show their support and recognize the hospital’s ongoing efforts during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Eberts reports they will gather at 4:30 this afternoon in front of the emergency entrance with lights and sirens, exit their vehicles and give a cheer to thank the emergency department and hospital staff while keeping to the physical distancing rules.
