The annual Bust the Winter Blues Winter Festival resulted in a cool but busy weekend.  The Kinettes Trivia Nigh Friday was won by the The Trivia Night Needs More Cowbells team made up of  Jon Davis, Jenn Dickens, Cheryl Feszcyn, Eric Fernandes, Mark Wendlandt and Leslie Fernandes.

             

Saturday Featured Family Fun with indoor and outdoor games and a bonfire hot dog and marshmallow roast.  The Border Explorers Poker Derby had 36 entries and was won by Kevin Nivon receiving 750 dollars, 500 to Rose Reimer, 300 to Dave Zimmer and Rick Swain and Steve Woloshyn split the 200 dollar fourth prize.

Saturday wrapped up with the Night Out of the Blues Spaghetti Supper and Family Dance with spades and cribbage on Sunday.

             

The button draw for a 500 dollar Visa gift card was won by Dora Mills and in the raffle the two person fishing tent went to Paula Muench, the ice package from Rubi’s Outdoors to Peg Bradford and the Mr. Propane Heater to Odin Senyk.
