The Flin Flon Public Library is celebrating Freedom to Read Week this week.  Their Administrator Courtney Campbell says they’ve got a great display that features a lot of the books that have been banned or challenged across Canada at different times just explaining why some of the books have been challenged just to promote the event.  She explains it’s an annual event that kind of encourages people to think about their commitment to intellectual freedom which is an important thing to check in on once in a while.

Freedom to Read Week runs all this week through Saturday.
