Residents of Denare Beach are again taking part in the Village of Lights by putting up Christmas lights. Recreation Director Mel Durette explains you just decorate your home and you can have a chance to win first place of a hundred dollars gift card to Canadian Tire, second place is a 75 dollar gift card and third is a 50 dollar gift card. She adds the judging will be at 6 o’clock Friday night and they’ll let the winners know Saturday at their Christmas party.
This is the tenth year for the Village of Lights.
