The Primary Health Care Centre is hosting a telehealth seminar Thursday, April 19^th presented by the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.  Their Program Director Norma Kirkby says this session will be on Becoming a Dementia Friendly Community discussing the ways a community can support people with dementia and their family caregivers in social and business situations.  She explains they really know that as more people are living in the community longer and at times some of them don’t have families to support them, it’s so important that everyone step up to the plate and be helpful.
