Soup Days are underway for another season. Salvation Army Major Debbie Allen says Soup Days started Wednesday and have been well used in past years. She explains they have had increasing numbers of people using their services. At the end of last year they were averaging about 50 people half of which were children coming for lunch. She says they run their Soup Days through the Anglican Church on Church Street and they operate Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 to 12:30.
Allen adds Soup Days are run with volunteers from several churches in our Community.
