Three Flin Flon School Division Projects Have Been Approved For Funding.

The Manitoba government has announced it is investing 53.7 million dollars in 110 infrastructure renewal projects across the province to ensure the continued well-being of students and educators in public schools.

Flin Flon School Division will receive funding approved by the Public Schools Finance Board for roof replacement at Ruth Betts Community School and funding for grooming rooms for special needs students at both Ruth Betts and Ecole McIsaac Schools.  As it is late in the season and school is starting next week these projects will be done next spring and over next summer while school is out.

The government announcement notes all approved projects will be completed within a timeframe of six to twenty-four months following the award of tenders and start of construction.
