Entertainer Ben Sures is making his third appearance in Flin Flon on Friday. He is on tour and contacted Ann Ross and Doug McGregor to let them know he wanted to do another show here.  Ross says Sures is a true road musician noting he’s traveled the world sharing his quirky song writing style that’s based in blues and roots and distinguished by easy lyrics expressing a different take on unusual topics.  She adds he’s an all around engaging entertainer and Ben won the 2005 John Lennon song competition in the folk category for his song Any Precious Girl.
