The Northern Gateway Museum in Denare Beach is holding their annual Discovery Day Sunday afternoon.  Their Board Chair Penny Morissette invites everyone to see what’s happening at the Museum.  She says they will have refreshments and they have some new displays with a couple of new items plus one of their curators is working on a display of the original tent town and they’ve got some photos that have been blown up of the original people what were coming out there to visit Denare Beach, the early cabin owners she guesses you could say.

Discovery Day runs from 2 to 4 this Sunday afternoon.  The Museum at Denare Beach is open daily from 11 to 7 until the end of August.
