The University of Manitoba is again sponsoring a Kid-netic Energy Science and Engineering summer day camp in Flin Flon July 31st to August 4th at McIsaac School. Jill Lautenschlager with Women in Science and Engineering at the University says they operate on daily themes. She says this year they are going to have Space Discovery Day on Monday, Medical Science on Tuesday, Mining on Wednesday, Sustainability on Thursday and they finish with Genetics.
The camp is attended by children in grades 4 to 6 or who are ages 9 to 12 by the end of this year.
