Your local RBC and Women of Influence are reminding you about nominations for the RBC Women Entrepreneur Awards.  Media Rep Stephania Varalli explains their goal is to recognize the female entrepreneurs that operate in Canada who are contributing to the economy and their communities and that can be on a local level, on a provincial level, national level or even internationally.  She says it’s not only because they deserve that recognition but because they really serve as role models to other women who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs themselves.

To nominate a woman entrepreneur go to their website www.womenofinfluence.ca and click on the link to the RBC Award.  Over the 25 years the awards in six categories have been available over 25 thousand women from their early 20’s to their mid 80s from every sector of the economy have been nominated with 126 awards presented.
