Norva is creating a new exhibition for the Flin Flon Homecoming this summer. The Centre’s Mike Spencer says they want to show people at the Homecoming how much culture has been part of Flin Flon’s history and still is today so they’re looking for art work from artists past and present with a Flin Flon connection. He says they want works that will speak to the culture and the history in the area and so they are welcoming people who have art in their collection that might fit the bill for their exhibition as well as artist who are working now or have made work previously that they think will fit the exhibition.
