Corey Thompson treasurer for the group announced that  $137,000.00 has been raised so far with presentations to service groups, the City of Flin Flon, Town of Creighton and lots of fundraising projects.

Kara Plamondon the chair for this committee says they were really happy to see the turnout again, another really good group of volunteers showing up and showing interest in the project and they just wanted to communicate with all those people out in the community that are interested, how they can help and they’re looking for people to join committees and help them with some of the committee work and also the various volunteer activities they have with the Northern Lights Dancers recital coming up they’re helping out with and they’re providing volunteers at Homecoming and then they wanted to share about their Flin Flonoply game that’s coming up as well.
