Flin Flon will be holding a big homecoming and celebration for Canada’s 150th birthday June 30th to July 2nd. Committee Co-Chair Colleen McKee says you, you friends and relatives should register now for the events. She says tickets will offer you entrance into the Homecoming social as well as the neighborhood parties that are going to be offered on the Sunday. She adds they’re also throwing in a Fish Fry working together with the Trout Festival so when you buy your wrist band it will get you into those events as well as for the younger people a teen dance and there is a senior event as well and the beer garden so for 60 dollars that’s a pretty good array of events.
McKee adds they want you to register by February 15th online at www.picatic.com and search Flin Flon and pay with your credit card or write to the City of Flin Flon. The cost is 60 dollars per person with under 18 free.
