The Freedom Outreach Program is holding its 4th annual Walk For Freedom Saturday May 28th. The group’s Kandie Lagore says the walk will support their programs based at Denare Beach. She explains they don’t get any government funding so the walk helps to support the Center and the Center is for men ages 18 and over who are dealing with addictions and they run a one year program with the men living at the Center. She says as you may have seen on posters all over town they have different work that they do which also helps with the finances in order to keep the Center running.
