Creighton Community School is running its annual bike safety program this week.  School Coordinator Carol Sutherland explains it’s running under the theme may the helmet be with you. He says the bike safety program has three components, classroom instruction about rules of the road and safety, the second being practicing the proper signals and safety on a bike and program support from parents and community members.  Sutherland adds the road practice is today, tomorrow and Wednesday with the bike rodeo taking place on Thursday.

The bike safety program runs all this week with assistance from the school, parent volunteers and the RCMP.
