Canada Parks Day is being celebrated tomorrow with a number of interesting events being held in parks across the province.  You can visit the Flin Flon airport tomorrow afternoon from 1 to 3 and take a tour inside Manitoba’s water bomber and meet Smokey Bear although they note this may be cancelled if weather and fire status does not permit.   You can also go over to the Bakers Narrows picnic shelter after to enjoy hot dogs, cake and enter for parks day prizes.  A bike decorating contest is being held with details at the campground office.

    Celebrations are also taking place at Grass River provincial park, Gyles, Iskwasum and Reed Lake campgrounds where you can stop for cupcakes and enter for parks day prizes tomorrow afternoon at the campground offices.
