Award winning country recording artist George Canyon is in Flin Flon visiting family and next week will present a night of worship.  Canyon says it’s a worship concert so it’s different from his country show but it’s where his heart is.  He says he’s been a Christian his whole life and has been doing worship concerts for the last two and a half to three years all over North America.  He says a lot of people come and it’s really open and transparent as he talks about what God has done in his life and plays some worship songs, some of his songs, some of his songs that are worship songs and it’s for everybody whether you’re a believer or not a believer.

Canyon will perform Wednesday night in St. Ann’s Church Hall on Centre Street starting at 7. Advance tickets are available for 20 dollars at all churches as well as at Northern Rainbows End on Main Street.
