Creighton Community School is accepting Kindergarten registrations until Friday. Vice-Principal Jason Straile says the program helps in child development. He explains the kindergarten program is a little more structured that the pre-k program but in Saskatchewan they’ve gone to more of a play based learning as well so the program will develop different parts of the child whether it be socially or academically in a play based learning environment.
Straille adds when parent come in to register they’ll have to bring their health care number, proof of residency and a birth certificate.
