RCMP have laid charges against a second man in relation to the multiple shooting incident that took place in Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan during the early morning hours of June 14^th after a group of people surrounded a home attempting to smash windows.

The 22 year old man was arrested late last week after the investigation revealed he and another man allegedly took turns shooting into a group with a .22 caliber rifle where three victims suffered gunshot wounds.  He has been charged with three counts of assault with a weapon, one count of discharging a firearm with intent and one count of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace.

He was to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.
