Hudbay has announced it has sold its almost 3.3 million common shares of Rockshield Capital Corporation at a price of 13 cents per share for gross proceeds of almost 424 thousand dollars.  The shares were sold over the Canadian Securities Exchange and represent approximately 10.7 percent of issued and outstanding Rockshield shares.  As a result of the sale Hudbay no longer owns or controls any Rockshield shares.
