Cranberry Portage is preparing for their 35th annual Trout Challenge Fishing Derby.

 

It will once again take place on beautiful Lake Athapap on August the 1st and 2nd and there will be a chance to land a lot of big prizes.

 

First Place will be $65,00.00, Second Place is $3,250.00 and Third Place $25,00.00.

 

There is also Female and Youth Angler Awards.

 

This is a catch and release derby and there is a $200.00 entry fee with two people per boat.
