When the Keystone Junior B Hockey League begins their regular season this fall, there will now be 7 teams.
The KJHL announced today that they have awarded a franchise to Waywayseecappo First Nation.
The new franchise will be known as the Waywayseecappo Wild and will play out of the Waywayseecappo Arena Complex.
Laura Brandon is the team Governor and Leslie McKay is the team's General Manager.
The Wild will have more exciting announcements to come including the first Heads Coach in the team's history.
The KJHL regular season starts September the 30th and the league schedule will be announced towards the end of August.
