The SJHL has selected their Players Of The Week, and one of the Flin Flon Bombers has been recognized.

 

Flin Flon Captain  Lucas Fry who was involved in a very scary incident in game one of the SJHL Final was selected the SuperU Defenseman Of The Week.

 

Fry got cut by a skate and was rushed off the ice and sent to the hospital. Lucas had surgery in Saskatoon on Saturday and was able to attend his team's game later that night.

 

The entire SJHL is wishing Lucas the best in his recovery and he continues to be an inspiration to his team and will continue to lead off the ice.

 

Fry is one of the top defensive defensemen in the league and had a tremendous Semi- Final against Humboldt.  He was also a key player for the Bombers down the stretch last year on their run to the Centennial Cup.
