Northern rivals from Flin Flon, Thompson and The Pas will put their differences aside this coming weekend to join forces and attend the Portage Cup.

This extended season tournament will run this weekend and is open to players born in 2013. In total , 12 teams from all over the province will be vying for the Portage Cup which should be a very competitive tournament.

The Northstars will begin round robin play on Friday where they face off against the Northeast Knights and will then play the Central Plains Red Wings on Saturday.
